We have reviewed this, and while it’s not in our current roadmap for 2018, we realize this is an important feature and will reassess again for future consideration.

We have reviewed this, and while it’s not in our current roadmap for 2018, we will reassess again for future implementation. In the meantime, using sites like Google Analytics and StatCounter will help you gather the stats and insights you need. I agree... with the addition that the favorites list of WHO HAS ORDERED - from that favorites list, and who has been messaged & emailed already. We - especially with the highest level business accounts - should be getting notice by default (unless we turn that notice off, which I can't image anyone would want to do - if they are actively working).

You can find the FAVORITES LIST - From your Zen login/Dashboard, Go to PHOTOS (at the top), then FAVORITES in the drop down... then look at the OTHER FAVORITES (toward the bottom).

Sadly, I have 12 pages of lists people have created, most haven't shared or said anything, just expecting me to 'know' they favorited those images. Some have ordered, some don't have a clue, thinking they will get a call or message or something... a couple have said something... which is how I stumbled upon this important information... just sitting their in Zen-hell-o.

People on mobile devices often don't see the SHARE BUTTON... but can heart away.

Downside, if they didn't create a valid login... that 'favorites list' listing is bogus and useless.

Upside (but a serious pain in the butt) is that you can click on the persons name, be taken to an email window... WITH VERY USEFUL INFORMATION BELOW THAT (when created, when emailed, IF they ordered... even their order number linked). This info should be in the 'listings' - so we can follow up with those that have NOT ordered yet. Not buried.

Also, we should be able to 'sort' by those that have ordered... and those that haven't. Those that have been emailed, and those that haven't. AND there should be a way to 'put notes' (private to the photog) on that favorites list... for our own reference & future follow up.

It could even be done to a USB3 external harddrive, with far less problem or issue, and could theoretically maintain the 'group' and 'gallery' (and sub-gallery) hierarchical structure of the files; of course without the water-marks. This would save a massive amount of 're-downloading' time for the user, and bandwidth and server time for Zen.

I just had one of my image processing computer take a dump last week during a lightening storm, toasted the mother board and harddrive. Would love to be able to have all my images 'in house' again. Having either a DVD or USB3 HDD backup option (of course for a reasonable fee) would be very helpful to all parties.
