I think ZF should have a lab partner in China, because of the size of the market and because of the difficulty of doing business in China without a Chinese partner.

I think Zenfolio should add a partner that can cover the Latin America region. I get a surprising amount of interest from Argentina, but have no good way to sell there.

I have discovered that many of the partner labs on their own websites offer a far wider range of print sizes and products than are available through Zenfolio ordering. I should like to see the Zenfolio site updated to make available all of the offerings of the partner labs. It surely does not make commercial sense to limit user choice to only a handful of the print sizes and products available.

I would like to sell 18" x 24" posters for under $15 without having to use the self-fulfillment option. The closest I see for selling an equivalent size poster using one of your preferred vendors is an Mpix 16 x 24 or 20 x 24 large print with my cost being $18 to $20. I would prefer my cost to be less than $10

I would like to see an option where we can have a note card placed in a fulfilled order so we can thank the customer or comment on their order or our experience with them. This can also be done on a comment section of the invoice placed in the box. Boutique Packaging is the Cream on the Cake. This would be a huge Cherry!

Would love to see other binding options lay-flat or more solid binding options. Ability to add verbiage to pages, more layout options with flexibility, 50 pages is limiting, would like to be able to add pages. Shutterfly and Adoramapix.com has a leg up on these features for now but I'd love for these book options to expand because I can definitely see adding these to my packaging options when I do photography work.

When doing albums I need to have an option to change a font to a thin line script rather then the 1 font offered on the cover. I have ordered 1 book and can no longer order through Zen for this reason. It just looks to amateur. It would be nice to have more customization on the interior of the album as well.

I photograph swim events and post them online for purchase; several parents have requested trader cards, game tickets and magazine covers. Although mPix offers the PaceSetter templates for these products, Zenfolio does not make it available to its photographers.

I hate these lists of mostly excellent ideas sitting here with people thinking Zenfolio is reading them. How about proving you are at least aware of them and flag ones you think have merit or that you are actually looking at implementing.

When it is time for us to renew our account with Zenfolio we would love it if we had the option to pay via Paypal too.

Designer face masks are becoming more people. And during the pandemic...and when it's over, people will continue to buy them. Why not offer masks with images from Zenfolio website users on them, for purchase to clients? Zenfolio should work with a vendor that creates cotton face masks with images.

I would like to be able to use products from other vendors but not as self-fulfilled orders. None of the ZF vendors offer jewelry items and I have a lot of customers wanting them.

For photographers, it is important to present your photos on paper. We
can of course make a nice pressbook or a portfolio with prints pro. But
when one is traveling with his equipment and more pictures, it's too heavy and delicate
to carry. What is needed would be to create a document - as
magazine where you could put your photos, make the layout of photos
and place its news articles and most importantly, to print ... not too expensive
