I would like to do everything from one website, galleries, contracts, mini session where client book their times after I post an event, bookings payments. Brochure templates, email templates, vendor interactions, colaborations, post opportunities to other vendors etc.

Fx. I live in Denmark and Photobox have a department in Denmark, so I would like the option to choose them to print my photos instead of the department in UK or France (lower cost of shipping = more bought prints)

The memory mates default to the current year in the upper right corner. This prevents you from changing the year or creating memory mates for prior years. Since there is no preview available for the memory mate, which needs to be added as well, you dont realize this until the prints actually arrive. EASY FIX that would allow much more flexibility and customer satisfaction.

I wanted to suggest a couple additional products that my clients have requested in the recent past.  Several of our pet and working dog clients would like magazine covers and trading cards for what they do.

Can able to have my Canadian Fedex licence number on the shipment. This way my customer will save 2% extra fees charge (10.00 minimum).
This licence number should be part of my profile data, and print on the bill for the shipment by Fedex.

I have an active coupon that gives free shipping for orders over $35. Unfortunately, any items ordered from different labs are assigned their own $8.25 shipping charge, seriously cutting into my profit margin. Please revise this and come up with a solution. And, make it clear when I create a coupon that this is going to happen. I can definitely see this being a problem in closing a sale at checkout if there was no coupon.

When a customer receives a order fulfilled by Mpix, there is nothing with the order that indicates where it came from, which is very impersonal. I'd like to have the studio / photographer name and contact iinfo included on the packing slip that comes with the order so customers know right away where it came from as well as how to get in touch should there be an issue.

It would be great if a copy of the order receipt was included, but I'm thinking that's asking too much.

At the very least include the photographer info.

I would like to have Christmas card and Birth announcements templates made available so my clients can pick a card and 'place' their chosen image within that template please. This is something I get asked for ALL the time and its annoying to have to use a different lab each time.
