Retouching for digital downloads.
I think it's great that we can now offer a 3rd party retouching service to print products from MPIX. Now it'd be great if we could also include that for digital downloads as well. For example I want to offer a print and digital file for online use in one order and I want to be able to have both retouched by the same 3rd party. What I'm currently having to do is once the orders comes in.
1. Hold the order.
2. Retouch the ordered photos or send the ordered photos to a retoucher.
3. Fulfill the download order and send the print order.
What I'd like to have happen.
1. Client orders.
2. Order gets sent to 3rd party for retouching based on customer selected options.
3. Download link to med. size JPG gets sent to customer and print order is forwarded to print house (MPIX) for fulfillment.

Almost seems like a Must and something you shouldn't' need to VOTE for. When you deliver a product to a client they expect it to be consistent across the board. The current process delivers a touched up print but then a digital file that does not look the same , Even if you touch up the digital file on your own. Also in situations where more than one customer might order the same image, it seems like double work and double cost for MPIX to retouch the same image over and over. There should be an option for the photographer to receive the retouched digital file, even if at a marginal fee, to be used for gallery display or other future sale purposes. Also remove the retouch pricing option from items already retouched.
